Collection: Knitted Sweaters | Organic Baby Knitwear

Premium Organic Baby Sweaters for Gentle Warmth

At Eotton Canada, our organic baby sweaters are designed with the perfect balance of heirloom quality and modern safety. Unlike synthetic acrylic or polyester knits that can trap heat and irritate delicate skin, our sweaters are crafted from 100% GOTS-certified organic cotton. This ensures maximum breathability, helping your baby regulate their temperature naturally during cool Canadian winters or breezy summer evenings.

Our collection features everything from classic cable knit baby sweaters to modern, minimalist pullovers. Because we use long-staple organic fibers, these pieces are incredibly durable—maintaining their "buttery soft" feel wash after wash. Whether you’re looking for a newborn organic gift or a cozy layer for your toddler, our knitwear is chemical-free, non-toxic, and ethically made.

Organic Sweater Care & Sizing FAQ

Are organic baby sweaters better for eczema?

Yes. Our GOTS-certified organic cotton is free from the harsh chemicals and synthetic dyes that often trigger skin irritations. It is naturally hypoallergenic, making it the safest choice for babies with eczema.

How do I wash sweaters with natural coconut buttons?

Important: Do not leave the product soaking in water or detergent for a long time. Prolonged soaking can break down the natural coconut shell buttons and allow chemicals to stay in the fibers. Use a gentle, cold wash and dry flat.

What is the fit of the chunky knit styles?

Our chunky knit models are designed with a relaxed, oversized fit so your baby can wear them longer. These are larger than our regular sweaters. Please check the detailed size chart and model reference pictures on each product page before ordering.

Can these sweaters be worn directly on the skin?

Absolutely. Because we use only organic and nature-colored cotton, and every item undergoes a final washing process, our sweaters are guaranteed to be soft and non-itchy. They are safe for direct contact with newborn skin.
