Shipping policy
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Langley, British Columbia, Canada.
Processing time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Carriers
We ship with Canada Post or UPS. Every shipment is trackable.
Delivery estimates (after processing)
- British Columbia: 2-3 business days
- Rest of Canada: 4–7 business days
- United States: 4–7 business days
Delivery times are estimates provided by the carriers and may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or severe weather.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address and the service selected. Free standard shipping on orders over CA$100 within Canada, and on orders over CA$150 within the United States
Gifts
Orders over $150 CAD receive free luxury gift boxing and a handwritten card. To include a card, leave your message in the order notes at checkout. We can also ship your gift directly to the recipient — simply enter their address as the shipping address at checkout.
